In order to increase the longevity of your jewellery and preserve its original brilliance, we recommend that you take the utmost care of it (see our <a href="https://dev.lesnereides.com/pages/guide-dentretien">Care Guide</a>).&#xA0;If your purchase was made via the online shop, please contact us, enclosing a photo of the item, or by telephone on 01 80 50 51 11, Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and on Friday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
