Can I track my order with a customer account?Updated a year ago
Access your account via the page: my account and click on the order to see its details.
The order status will be updated in the following order, and you will receive an email each time it is updated:
- Payment Accepted: the order is validated and will be prepared shortly
- Dispatched: the order has been dispatched, the dispatch tracking link is available on this page and has been sent to you by email.
