For orders placed with a customer account, you can also consult your order history online, via your customer area.
If your order has been validated, the order status will be Paid. The order will soon be prepared and dispatched.
If you do not receive an order confirmation by email or in your account, please contact Customer Services by telephone on 01 80 50 51 11, Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm and on Friday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
